Vita Lawrence Street, York

The project involved the conversion of St Joseph’s Convent listed buildings to provide student accommodation and ancillary facilities with new buildings to comprise of a total of 660 bed spaces. The proposal includes the construction of a 2 storey infirmary wing extension and 14 number new buildings of 3 & 4 storeys, following the demolition of non listed buildings. The scope requires the construction of a management suite, energy centre, ancillary hub space, associated landscaping and new vehicle access to Lawrence street.
