The project comprises the design and construction of a new Hampton by Hilton hotel development consisting of two interconnected blocks which is part 7 storeys and part 9 storeys. The development comprises of 221 bedrooms including basement, ground floor inclusive of public and communal areas with levels 1 – 6 and levels 7 – 8 consisting of bedroom areas.
