CROSSLANE ST JAMES HOUSE, NEWCASTLE

This development, which was based in a conservation area, consisted of the refurbishment of a 1980’s council office to a high quality 148 bed Studio scheme directly facing the famous St James Park. It also consisted of a Gym, Cinema and HUB area for student relaxation.
