MUFC FLOODLIGHTING REPLACEMENT
The replacement of the existing Old Trafford floodlighting to ensure compliance with FIFA guidelines. The scope involved significant working at height from existing roof structure and utilising specialist rope access techniques encompassing the full stadium bowl. The works were undertaken during the close season which required significant coordination due to ongoing stadium tours and pitch replacement works.
The CDM management on this high risk project required out of the box thinking and robust CDM approach to ensure compliance.
